- Go to www.tezlink.com.
- Download TezLink!
- Install TezLink on two computers.
- Create an account ONCE and be sure to provide a valid email address.
- Activate your account by clicking on the link emailed to you.
- Use SAME account’s information on both computers when you add computers to TezLink.

What is TezLink?
TezLink automatically synchronizes your iTunes music and data files between two Windows computers anywhere on the Net. That’s right, the two computers do not have to be on the same network. They just need to be connected to the Internet. With TezLink, you will never have to worry about synchronizing data across your computers.Best of all, for your first two computers, TezLink is free!

How do I download TezLink?
To download TezLink click here
OR
Go to www.tezlink.com and click “Get TezLink Now!”
- Click on "Windows XP sp2 addition" Note: Currently this application is for Windows XP only.
- The setup file will start downloading. If your download doesn't start then click on the “Click here” link.
- You can run setup directly or you can also save the setup file to your hard disk.
- If you want to save the setup file click on save button.
- Select directory where you want to save the setup file , then click on save button again.
- These steps will download the WinTezLink.exe setup file to your machine.

How do I Install TezLink?
- Go to the location where you have saved WinTezLink.exe file.
- Double click on exe file and click on “Next” button.
- If desired, change the destination folder where you want to install TezLink Agent. By default the setup program will install on “C:\Program Files\TezLink Agent\” and click “Next”.
- When you are done with the installation settings, click on “Install” button.
- To launch TezLink Agent right away, select the check box “Launch TezLink agent” then click on “Finish”.
- The TezLink Agent is now installed on your computer.
- When you run the TezLink Agent for the first time, you will be asked to activate it. Please enter your TezLink user ID and password onto the activation screen.
- If you haven’t created an account yet, click the “Not registered? Click here” link and follow the “How do I create a TezLink account” steps.

How do I launch TezLink?
Method 1:
- You have a shortcut on your desktop called “TezLink Agent”.
- Double click the shortcut “TezLink Agent”.
Method 2:
- Click on Start Menu.
- Go to Programs > TezLink Agent.
- Click on "TezLink Agent”.

How do I create a TezLink account?
If you haven’t created an account yet then click the “Not registered? Click here” link located at the bottom of the activation screen.

- Clicking on the not registered link will open the registration page.
- Fill out the registration form. Be sure to use a valid email address. You will be emailed an account activation link.
- Read “License Agreement”. To proceed with registration, accept terms and conditions and click on “Register” button.
- An email will be sent to your email account.
- Find the email. It may be in your spam box. Click the link given in email.
- You have successfully created your account now!
Create just ONE account and use SAME account for both computers on which you want to install TezLink.

How do I add a computer?
If you haven’t created an account yet then click the “Not registered? Click here” link located at the bottom of the screen and follow the “How do I create a TezLink account?” steps.

- Be sure your computer is online.
- Fill in the form and click Activate button. If you already have an existing account please enter that account’s user ID and password.
Note: in order to sync data between two computers, both computers must have the SAME user ID and password.
- On successful activation a message will appear.

How do I sync iTunes?
- Make sure TezLink Agent and iTunes is installed on two of your computers.
Note: To setup TezLink Agent on second computer follow the steps mentioned below.
- By default your computers will sync with each other once every 15 minutes. If you want to sync immediately, press the Play button for iTunes service.
- The service status will change to syncing and then uploading/downloading.
- A progress bar at the bottoms shows the current activity - i.e. tunes are uploading or downloading.
- After synchronization has completed, the iTunes music libraries of both computers will have the same tunes, videos, podcasts, playlists, and ratings.

How do I sync my folder and files?
- Make sure TezLink Agent is installed on both of your computers.
Note: To setup TezLink Agent on second computer follow the steps mentioned below.
- Click on “My TezLink Directory”.
- Add some folders and files which you want to sync in either of your computers.
- By default your computers will sync with each other once every 15 minutes. If you want to sync immediately, press the Play button for folder service.
- The service status will change to syncing.
- A progress bar at the bottoms shows the current activity - i.e. files are uploading or downloading.
- After synchronization has completed, the folders/files of both computers will be identical.

What does the queued status mean?
Only one service is syncing at any given time. If you press the play button on iTunes service and folder service is already running then iTunes service will be queued up. After folder service has finished, the iTunes service will then start automatically and vice versa.
After folder service is completed iTunes will then start automatically. Same is the case if iTunes service is syncing and user press folder service.

What is PIN?
Personal Information Network (PIN). PIN is information of the group of Internet connected PC's on which the TezLink synchronizes music and files. You designate and maintain the PCs and the path of music and files that you want synchronize.
